*Emails and website form submissions are checked between:
6:30am-8:30am Monday-Friday and
5:30pm-6:00pm Monday-Friday
*Emails received after closing hours will be checked and responded to the next business day.
*Emails received on Saturday, Sunday or any holidays will also be checked and responded to the next business day.
*Emails received during vacation days are checked and responded to within 72 hours.
Any and all missed calls from non-enrolled families, businesses, etc will receive a call back between 4pm-6pm Monday-Friday.
